Participants will be invited to slow down and listen to the stories that narrates their worth and purpose.

Pause and Reflect with somatic practices

Through reflection and guided practices, participants will uncover more compassionate and truthful inner narratives.

Integrate tools and strategies

With intention and care, we will integrate narratives grounded in resilience, and growth- leaving with practical tools for support.
