Spiritual Direction/Spiritual Companionship

A life practice that diligently pays attention to your story to help you grow spiritually and emotionally closer to the Divine, yourself, and others.   

Cost: $100 per session

Meet: Monthly for 60 - 90 minutes

 

Community of Care (CoC)

A facilitated and supportive community for people in high stress and/or burnout professions. The CoC is here to listen, encourage, and learn from each other. Having a group that "gets it" allows you to unload so you can be more effective at work and more present with family and friends. You might also sleep better.

Cost: $100 per month

Meet: 2nd & 4th Monday of Month from 7:00 - 8:30 PM

Narrative Coaching

Narrative Coaching is an invitation to improve relationships, careers, and day-to-day life. Coaching sessions help you identify the obstacles holding you back, and strategies for overcoming each obstacle. Narrative Coaching utilizes mindful and experiential approaches to sustain lasting change through the power in your own stories. 

 Each coaching session is approached with curiosity to uncover all possibilities. Let's explore how to live a different life story. 

Cost: $150 per session, or $800 package (8 sessions)

Offering per session, pay as you go or 8 session packages.

Each session is 50 to 75 minutes.
